Monster Damage Config Mutator v2
This mutator allows you to specify the final damage output of monsters.
It works with melee and projectiles and as far as I know it works with monstermanager and satore.
Full instructions on how to get this to work with monster manager and how to use the .ini file
are included in the ReadMe.
